The Kenya Medical Training College, KMTC, has maintained top position in the latest 2022 Webometrics rankings.
KMTC has emerged as the second-best College in Kenya for the second time in a row in the 2022 Webometrics rankings.
The College is ranked behind Kenya School of Government at position one and is closely followed by Amani College at position three and East African Institute of Certified Studies at position four.
The College is also ranked at position 36 out of 125 best Colleges/Universities in Kenya, beating notable giants such as Great Lakes University of Kisumu; Rongo University; Laikipia University, University of Kabianga; African Nazarene University; KCA University among others.
“The College has been recognized for its excellent skills-oriented training proving once again the important niche we have carved for ourselves as the lead trainer in Medical courses,” Ag. CEO Dr. Kelly Oluoch said.
He noted that the College’s continuous enhancement of its quality of training has ensured that KMTC alumni remain competitive in the job market.
Dr. Oluoch confirmed that the College is committed to leveraging technology to enhance teaching and learning.
The Webometrics ranking of World Universities, also known as Ranking Web of Universities, is a ranking system for the world’s universities based on a composite indicator that takes into account both the volume of the Web content (number of web pages and files) and the visibility and impact of these web publications according to the number of external site citations received.
